Recieved letter from Emilie.  Visit neighbouring farmer and had game of tippet in afternoon.  Baked scones (on grid) made of egg, milk and flour. Very nice.  Visit M. Victor in afternoon.

P.O. 10/- to Lena.  Total Germans wounded in hospital = 50.  Convoys 39 (inc. 20 Germans). Attend the fete celebration of first communion of Victor Sergent.

Ride tram to Boulogne and return to Le Portel.  Met Sgt of Military Police.  Convoys 78 (inc 9 Germans).

18th May 1915

Rainy all day.  Convoys 36 (inc. 4 Germans).

17th May 1915

P.O. to Lena 10/-.  Wet day Visit Le Portel in evening and a family of refugees from ..... .  Lessons in French and games.  Convoys 26 (inc. 5 Germans).
